Mount Pisgah Baptish Church has been serving Fort Worth for over 100 years. Community services, developing people as a whole person, and giving an helping hand is a way of life. We strive to develop communication, social interaction, and to be a beacon of light for those who are seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
Mount Pisgah Baptist Churh has various services and classes to cater to individuals and age groups. We also attend outside seminars, retreats and developmental classes to better service the community. For we believe the individual growth is as important as the group development.

Pastor Nehemiah Davis
Biography
Dr. Davis is a native of Centerville, Texas. His scholastic achievements include a B.A. Degree from Mary Allen College in 1955, and B.D. (1966), M. Div. and M.R.E. degrees from southwetern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1968. He received his Doctor of Divnity degree from Guadalupe Baptist Theological Seminary in 1992. His other training includes Pastoral Hospital care of Sick from All Saints Hospital, Fort Worth, Texas. His graduate studies at North Texas University. He has received extensive training on administration and leadership skills.
Dr. Davis is a member of the National Association of Christians in Social work, the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber, and the NAACP. Dr. Davis is listed in the Diretory of Consultants of the Health and Social Welfare Services in the Dallas and Fort Worth Metropolitan Areas (1968-1970).
Dr. Davis has served in denominational work for many years. A scholar and an educator, he works with the National Baptist congress as a Lecturer in Minister's Department. He is past president of the Pastor's Conference, National Baptist Convention of Armerica; and he is President of the Minister Conference of the National Baptist Missionary Baptist of America.
Dr. Davis presently serves as Chairman of S.A. Pleasant, Jr. Institute of the Missionary Baptist General Convention of Texas and Assistant Dean of the Congress. He is Dean of the Congress of the North Texas District Association: and a teacher in the Baptist Ministers' Union of Fort Worth / Tarrant County and Vicinity. He is also a Post President of the Baptist Minister's Union of Fort Worth/Tarrant County and Vicinity.
Dr. Davis is married to the former Dorothy Nell Cole. The couple has two daughters; Carol Michelle Davis-Jackson and Nina Caron Davis, one son-in-law; Andrew H. Jackson and two grandsons; Andwar Davis Jackson and Caleb Aaron Jackson.
Dr. Davis was a 2003 inductee to the Religious Hall of Fame in Dallas, Texas, and is one of the first recipients of the coveted Dr. W. N. Daniel Service Award
